What is included in the Strengths Based Coaching Programme?

Coaching Packages

Packages are customised based on individual needs. Two of the most popular options include:

Option 1

High intensity coaching that takes place over a three month period and includes two one hour long sessions each month, particularly impactful if struggling with confidence or performance challenges.

Option 2

Coaching takes place over a six month period with two one hour sessions in the first month followed by monthly sessions.

Both options can be extended and add on sessions are available to involve your manager or build in more accountability for your development.

CliftonStrengths 34 – Identify your unique strengths profile over 34 themes.

Confidence to Be You

Self awareness and increased confidence to use your strengths.

Understand Your Blind Spots

Awareness of your potential blind spots and removal of roadblocks.

Action Plan

After we finalise your coaching goals the first few sessions will be directed to discover your unique talents, how you can maximise your strengths and manage your blind spots. We will identify actions in each session and build an overall action plan to support you achieving your goals.

How does it work?

Online Assessment

You will be given a code and instructions to complete a 45minute online assessment.

Coaching Partnership

Pre-work to help you reflect on your strengths, leadership style and goals for our coaching partnership.

Sessions

The first few sessions will focus on finalising your coaching goals, discovering who you are, how you can develop your strengths and manage your blind spots. Each session will be one hour long and the number of sessions will depend on the package you chose. Sessions are delivered in person, via phone or Zoom. You will also have access to additional phone contact where required

Action Plan

We will identify actions in each session and build an overall action plan to support you achieving your goals.
