The Wāhine Toa Leadership Reflection Journal is a companion for your journey through the mentoring circles. It invites you to pause, reflect, and make sense of your strengths, leadership style, and aspirations.

You’ll use it to capture insights, challenge your thinking, and turn reflection into intentional action - creating meaningful commitments that support your growth as a confident, capable wahine toa, leading in ways that feel authentic and true to you.

Strengths-Based Leadership Profile

A powerful tool that identifies your unique talent profile and provides deep insight into your
strengths, leadership style, and how you can intentionally develop what you do best to
maximise performance. You’ll receive the CliftonStrengths 34 report, revealing your
complete talent profile and offering a strong foundation for growth, impact, and self-
awareness.
