Connect and level up

Wāhine Toa Mentoring Circles

Mentoring circles are a space for women who want to accelerate personal and professional growth, build connections, unlock leadership potential, exchange knowledge and fuel confidence.

We will learn, connect,

forge relationships

and most certainly laugh.

Women should feel supported in their leadership journey, and that is what Wāhine Toa Mentoring Circles is for!

So how does it work?

Once registered, you will be placed in a circle with like-minded women, and meet online each month for a 90-minute facilitated session. Your sessions will be run by me (Melanie Beirne), with over 25 years experience walking alongside senior leaders and chief executives. Women are my why, and it is my mission to help you succeed!

We will cover leadership development, coaching, feedback, and networking skills, starting with a personalised strengths-based session to kick this initiative off. If you are looking for a career and confidence boost, and access to a private online community of like-minded wāhine leaders – this is for you!

You will also have best practice design and tools to run your own mentoring circles if inspired to do so #letscreateamovement!

Investment:
